21 Days of Fitness! Beginning January 4th with a private workout for all participants. Assessments will be taken; body fat, body measurements, body weight.
Meal plans will be provided along with a list of “Do” and “Don’t” foods.
You will receive a customized calorie maximum per day based on your assessment.
Included in the plan will be a two day juice cleanse to help get/keep you moving in the right direction.
Also included, daily motivational tips and encouragement!
Your commitment: 30 minutes of cardio 5 days per week and 3-4 strength workouts per week (Barre, TRX or any other activity you choose.) Also, stay within your customized caloric intake number.
We will follow up with private workouts and partial assessments each Sunday afternoon, the final workout and assessment taking place on Saturday, January 24th!
